Greetings to all! Not much new has been going on here so I really don't have much to blog about! We are enjoying the warmer weather and love the looks of spring around here with all the beautiful blooms. I wish it would stay that way all year round! Liam has hit the 10 week mark and spends time doing lots of smiling and a little babbling! Love it! On the other side if it, he also spends lots of time spitting up, which Kallie finds to be quite yucky...and me as well!! Jim continues to be busy with work. He is getting into their really busy time of year. We're keeping our fingers crossed that his company will not feel the effects of the fuel prices. We saw a story on the news the other night that talked about many truckers starting to get out of the business becuase they can't affort the fuel, which in turn means they won't be needing tires! I am again waiting to see if I will be offered a teaching position at the school again next year. I'm ready to be done with the business of having a temporary contract. I thought my chances were going to be pretty good for next year, but I guess there are more people vying for positions than I thought. I'll keep my fingers crossed and trust that hopefully that's where God wants me!!!!! Kallie has been continuing to show us that she is 3 going on 13! What a little diva! You can tell that she is the product of two strong-willed individuals and that she has inherited the trait as well. Right now she is going through a pretty big transition right now as we try to break her thumb-sucking habit. She visited the dentist yesterday and the dentist STRONGLY encouraged us to take some actions to help stop the habit. So needless to say I ended up agreeing to buy a thumb guard for Kallie and she has been getting used to that. Unfortunatly, she has figured out how to slide her thumb out of it. What a stinker!! And to top it all off, we paid 145 bucks for it! Yikes! I hope you are all doing well and I'll try to post again soon!
