Tidbits

Where does the time go? I apologize for taking so long to get another post on here. Hopefully most of you have not given up on checking my blog! Things continue to be a crazy ride around here.

Liam has definitely been the one once again to keep things hopping, but in a fun way. He officially has four teeth now. He turned 7 months on Sept. 13. Kallie didn't get her first teeth until the end of her eighth month. Do I sense some competitive spirit already starting between the two?? :-) He has also attempted to crawl many times now, but just can't seem to keep it steady for a while. Once again, Kallie didn't do that until month 9 so Liam will probably have that record, too! He seems to be doing pretty well aside from the continued spitting up. Our carpet has never seem so much liquid approach it before! Thank goodness for carpet steamers. By the time he's done though, we may need a visit from Stanley Steamer!

Kallie has continued to enjoy her friends at the in-home daycare she goes to. The only probably is that she is the oldest child. The smaller children tend to get on her nerves sometimes I think! We will probably be looking at some preschool options for her next year. She will be 4 at the end of October. Hard to believe. I feel a little sorry for her though because I have a feeling she is going to be the tallest one in her class. She is currently as tall as a kindergartener, but has two more years to go! They are estimating her to be about 5'10". We shall see! She enjoying learning some numbers and letters and likes to play school...hmm, must be a teachers child!

Jim and I are in our unsual work mode. Nothing too exciting. Jim has his neurology follow-up this Wed, so please keep that in your prayers. We're still looking for some answers. I guess I was wrong also stating that they have ruled out MS. I guess that haven't! So, we'll see what the next step may be. He has started going to the chiropracter so I'm hoping that helps. They told him that he has degeneration in part of his spine.

Another prayer request that we have is for a possible family relocation. Jim will be interviewing mid-Oct. for a regional v.p. position. We would probably be moving to the Eau Claire area if he were to get it. He is saying that he is #2 guy, so time will tell. Again, we'll keep you posted! He won't know anything until Nov. sometime.

Okay, enough from me. I hope you are all happy and healthy!

Wow, Eau Claire would put you about 7 or 8 hours closer to your family, wouldn't it? Yes, I will hope Jim gets that job, for Grandma Jan's sake!

Your kids look so cute in the pumpkin patch. :-) Love, Marla

Kallie might be as tall as Aunt Sharon??? At least, everyone is taller these days and she probably won't be the tallest (boy or girl) in her high school as a freshman.

I will add Jim's health and job to my prayer list.

Love, Sharon
