SOLD!!!

Just wanted to let you all know that we have offically SOLD our house here in IN!! God is awesome! It was on the market for 2 months, and the 3 showing we had made an offer! Actually, the second showing liked it as well, but she had to do a 1 yr contract...no thanks. We just found out today that our house just passed the inspection and the buyer had nothing else it needed to negotiate, so as of right now, we close on April 6! The only little glitch with it selling this quickly is that we will have to find temporary housing until June. Thankfully, I work with a teacher that has two homes and is allowing us to use one of them....fully furnished! Another praise! So, the next step is for us to start looking for a new home in MN. We are checking out the Eagan/ Rosemount area. We will actually be flying up there April 3-5 to do some serious house searching. We hoping for the best!
